We are pleased to signpost to other organisations that provide trusted information, advice or support to patients and their families.  

ALKnowledge.JPG

This site is being developed by a team at The Christie Hospital in Manchester and provides up-to-date information and support for those affected by ALK+ lung cancer and the professionals caring for them. Valuable input has also been sought from people with lived experience of ALK+ lung cancer.

ALK Positive Inc is a USA-based charity that  operates world-wide.

They have produced many videos by leading ALK-positive experts.

Macmillan Cancer Support

Information about diagnosis , treatment, care and support. A range of useful booklets, including financial advice.​​  Their Money Advisors are verry helpful when completing benefit claims.

The Foundation provides information and support.  It also produces some very useful booklets.

Their Family Support Service offers free guidance and support on how to prepare your children, when you have been diagnosed with a cancer that can’t be cured and time is limited.

Maggie's provide a wide range of services to cancer patients.  They have 28 centres throughout the UK, iusually close to a major hospital
